Two new Football Fans in Training blocks will be provided in April for both Men and Women at the Hibernian Community Foundation, thanks to their huge January success.

The recent success of the Football Fans in Training (FFIT) January block has spurred the Hibernian Community Foundation into offering a further two blocks in April 2020, it is designed to support people aged between 35-65 with a waist size of 38inches or more.

The programme is SPFL Trust funded, meaning it's free for all attendees. It runs for 13 weeks and is an alternative to the 'normal' weight loss routes, as staff promote a variety of ways for participants to alter their diet and lifestyle. Ultimately, the programme aims to help people feel better about themselves, develop a healthier lifestyle, get active and become part of a community.

You don't need to be a supporter to be involved. FFIT is open to those who enjoy football or those who simply want make changes to their health.
